Those shoes are Chinese brand LI-NING ARC running shoes. It is designed by a cushion system close to REEBOK ZIG.

Li-Ning is trying to boost ARC in the running market, and it launched in the US quietly last year out of its Portland based design offices. The upper of the shoe takes on a contemporary sleek-fit styling with synthetic overlays that you might find on a Swoosh product and a bottom tooling that has the feel of a hybrid tweaked version of K-Swiss Tubes.
